Paper Dress – Shoreditch

So the principle of off the rack – and by that I mean clothes that come in all sizes to fit everyone – is all very well but it does mean that you have to sacrifice any originality whatsoever. So what you could do is buy second hand clothes and get them altered to fit you, (I do this a lot although a alter them (badly) myself). Even better if there is an in house tailor, would you agree? And what if there was a cafe too serving tea in bone china with creamy cakes and open as a bar in the evening? Paper Dress has it all and it’s where I most consistently find great things, like a gorgeous camel pea coat and a gold and black striped shirt, it’s a great place to find one off pieces Anita Pallenberg might have worn and it’s by the far the prettiest vintage shop I know.
