Andrew Edmunds – Soho

In an old Soho townhouse, a throwback to Dickensian London, is Andrew Edmunds, a Parisian café meets English country house. I tend to get particularly excited about Andrew Edmunds as I think it’s just so perfect and quaint.  It’s elegant with an intimate and romantic atmosphere with small tables and rustic old church pews illuminated by tapered candles. Widely known as London’s most romantic restaurant it lacks any kind of pretence, just serves up incredible modern European food with a distinctive British edge and a menu that changes daily. I never hesitate to recommend it to people who want a special yet casual place that isn’t too flash for a nice occasion. Oh and when making a reservation ask for a table upstairs.
