Brixton Village

granville25

I’d heard a few good things about Brixton Village and decided I really should check it out. I presumed it was perhaps just a collection of pretty but overpriced and pointless boutiques and shops. Well now I’m kicking myself that I didn’t go sooner. I think I can honestly say that Brixton Village is the most brilliant place I have been…in the world…ever. In an old covered market behind Brixton station all kinds of little eateries, shops, cafes and take-aways have taken over providing overwhelming choice. There are ethnic South American and African restaurants along with Pakistani and trendy Western style cafes all of which are very cool, along with juice bars, gelato shops and a great wheat and gluten free take away. Every taste is provided for, I mean it,  I feel they have the whole world covered.  Plenty of attention has gone into the style and look of each place so it’s impossible to decide where to go, everywhere looks great and everywhere is cheap. Brixton Market nearby is really good too.  I love Brixton.  I mean it everyone will be happy here.

you start your review of a south london spot by explaining your historically incorrect view of south london? F%$^ off back to east london you hipster chump, seriously you think this attitude is acceptable? i bet you didnt grow up in london did you? no i didnt think so. you are a tragic sorryness blighting the world of people who actually have a bit of cred, go and write a blog about dub reggae or something else that you have no clue about.
